For structural failure of aluminum outdoor patio furniture frames, applies 15/5 years consumer furniture warranty for 15 years, and five years Warranty is given for finished peels. Smooth Finish Surface Warranty is effective for five years. Consumer and Commercial warranties vary from 1 to 5 years based on different types of products and their usage.
Tropitone Furniture Warranty Service
The warranty services of Tropitone have three categories discussed below
Tropitone Consumer 15/5-year Warranty
This applies to Residential Usage only. Fire pit frames and Outdoor Aluminum patio furniture frames are given a warranty under this coverage for 15 years. Structural failure of the frames within fifteen years is replaced or repaired by the manufacturer without charging anything.
Peeling, blistering, or cracking of the finish within five years is warranted by repairing, replacing, or refinishing the frames at the discretion of the manufacturer without charging anything to be borne by the consumer. Freight cost is given by the company in the first year only.
Colour and texture variation of the finish does not qualify for this Warranty as minor variations are a regular part of day-to-day usage.
Smooth Finish Surface Warranty
The Smooth Finish consists of high gross level Non-Textured Finishes offered on outdoor usage furniture. A Smooth Finish Warranty applies for five years. Surface imperfections of aluminum frames and natural results of casting or finishing do not get covered under this Warranty.
Tropitone Consumer and Commercial Warranty
Five Years
If EZ Span portions, lacing, or vinyl straps break within five years of purchasing date, they qualify for the Tropitone 5-year warranty. Color changes do not qualify the user for this Warranty. Replacement is given by the Tropitone if a strap gets loosened up or breaks without charging anything extra. The freight cost will be borne by the company in the first year only.
3 Years
Discoloration of vinyl straps gets covered under this Warranty for three years from the purchasing date. Minor discoloration can also qualify for strap replacement, but it is at the discretion of the supplier only.
Manufacturing defects of polymer frames (marine grade) are also given a warranty of 3 years. Apart from this, if they fade, this Warranty can again be implemented.
Table tops with Solid surfaces and Stonework which are not used on the commercial level have a warranty of three years against manufacturing defects. If their structure experiences failure in between regular use and faces blistering, cracking, or peeling within three years of purchase, then its replacement or refinishing becomes the responsibility of the company.
Woven products also qualify for three years warranty service offered by the company.
Umbrella frames get rusted or split and also face manufacturing defects within three years and get eligible for three years Warranty.
Limitations
Discoloration, fading of color, or stains are not covered under this Warranty. Negligence damage or signs of not maintaining the product properly disqualify the warranty application. Any modification made before applying for warranty voids the Warranty. Natural stone surface with pits, chips, and scratches does not qualify for 3 years Warranty.
1 Year
Fabric on market umbrellas and cushions gets a warranty of one year if it tears, fades, or discolors. Sag recovery does not get covered under this Warranty.
Fire Pit Hardware enjoys this Warranty against the defects which arise due to the manufacturer’s fault. Grill grate, burner tray, gas valve, spark igniter, burner cover, fittings, etc., are categorized as hardware.
Woven products do fade or discolor and if that happens within one year, the company will cover the charges as a part of the Warranty. Flame Guard Components also get covered under this Warranty for any Manufacturing defects.
The Freight charges are borne by the company in the first year of product usage.
The company has made its total effort to satisfy its customers by offering Customer-Friendly warranty packages. Still, those packages are applicable only when proper product care is ensured by the user. The Warranty given by the company becomes void if they find out there was a failure or neglect in giving the required care to the product.
Warranty starts its validation from the purchasing date for the original buyer only. Original sales receipt mentioning the date of purchase is demanded by the company as proof of purchase at the time of claiming the Warranty.
