The Tucson Police division delivered body cam film Tuesday of Francisco Javier Galarza pointing a self-loader at a K9 named Kiro, as the canine carried the out of control suspect to the ground.

As indicated by the office, Galarza was needed on a crime capture warrant for home intrusion and bank burglary.
The 49-year-old was spotted entering a general store not long before early afternoon on Aug. 25. Police stood up to him in the parking garage, however Galarza promptly attempted to take off.

Official Barry Peterson, a 15-year veteran, delivered Kiro, who handled Galarza to the ground.
From both body camera viewpoints, Galarza should be visible pointing the weapon at Kiro.
“Weapon,” an official says before Peterson and another official released their own firearms, killing Galarza.
Various organizations are evaluating the recording to decide if the dangerous utilization of power was justified for the situation.
Galarza has an extended criminal history record in Pima Province, News13 revealed.
In 1992, he was condemned to three years in jail. After two years, he was indicted for drug ownership and was condemned to four years.
In 2000, Galarza was sentenced for vehicle burglary. After a year, he was indicted on six counts of burglary endlessly outfitted theft and got a 11-year sentence. Upon discharge, he was indicted for furnished burglary once more and condemned to another 7.5 years.
