Unclaimed Freight Furniture Warranty
All returns must be authorized by the firm or manager and must be done in the first seven days after receiving the products. The furniture has to look “like new.” All shipping of the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Special order items, floor models, beds, and mattresses are exempt from this restriction. Every return must receive management permission. There will be a pickup fee equal to the first delivery fee. Once applied, fabric protection cannot be taken back or refunded. Once your goods have been received, delivery fees are not refundable.
Return Procedure In Unclaimed Freight Furniture
There are no return or cancellation policies for goods that are received in good condition, and no refunds will be granted. Products that are sold “as-is” cannot be returned, and neither the manufacturer’s warranties nor the return policy outlined below applies to them. The Store Manager must be told within 48 hours of receipt if an item of furniture is delivered broken or defective, whether during delivery or after pick-up. An experienced furniture repair professional will fix the damage in your home. We reserve the obligation at Unclaimed Freight’s discretion, to repair or replace your product as necessary.
For the price of the item(s), any eligible changes or refunds will be given; taxes will be reimbursed in line with any applicable state law. Except for returns for defective or damaged goods, Shipment, handling, and delivery fees are not refundable, and there can be a return shipping or pickup charge.
Please provide any attestation refund 10 to 14 days after receiving the eligible goods for it to appear on your credit card statement.
Warranty at Unclaimed Freight
The manufacturer’s warranty, which will be supplied in writing and attached to your products, is the only warranty Unclaimed Freight will issue and it includes materials for other products. The Manufacturer’s policies and the process will apply to all warranty claims that are made between the Manufacturer and the Consumer. A 20% restocking fee and redelivery fees may apply to the merchandise that does not fit into a customer’s house if it has already been delivered. Refunds won’t be provided for items that don’t fit. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of the purchase date for a full refund in the form of the deposits paid (cash refunds over $100 will be made via company check, which will be addressed to you in 10 to 14 days).
Unclaimed Freight is not paying if claims are rejected due to events not covered by the accidental warranty policy. To ensure your product is taken care of if an accident or claim does occur, please take the time to read the Guardian Claim warranty information. Purchases of Guardian are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Modification or Termination
We start the fulfillment process as soon as you submit your order. We can change your purchase more quickly the earlier we get a request. You may return a product that has been shipped following the procedures outlined in their terms and conditions or call their representative for more information.
Cancellation and Damages

Products must be reported for any problem 7 days after delivery. It is to be reported to a customer representative or approved authorities in Unclaimed Freight.
Please take some time during the delivery of your items to carefully inspect each one and ensure they are what you asked for. By writing a note on the delivery receipt, you can make it known that you will not accept any broken or damaged items. Please take pictures to support the damage you allege.
Unclaimed Freight disclaims all liability for any problems, direct or incidental, resulting from any omissions and reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.
